Food for Gluten Free Fans

Executive Chef Gregory Fonseca understands the importance of feeding the masses in New Orleans. So much so, that many of his menu items accommodate those with dietary needs.

As someone who was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance in March of 2017, I am here to tell you that just because I have an intolerance, doesn't mean that I want to eat a burger patty on a lettuce bun for lunch. Crescent City Brewhouse offers gluten free fans the luxury of enjoying REAL food, at every meal.

Gluten free guests can enjoy menu items such as the Brewhouse Hot Wings (pictured right), Pan Roasted Shrimp, Cane Glazed Ribs, Redfish Evangeline (pictured below), and Steak Frites- all without making adjustments to their order!

For those who don't mind eliminating certain ingredients, the Jambalaya Risotto can be made with grilled shrimp instead of fried shrimp, and the Decatur Street Burger and Wolf's German Sausage Platter become gluten free once served without buns.

So next time you're in town with your closest gluten free friend, send them to Crescent City Brewhouse for a taste of New Orleans, sans gluten!

Crescent City Brewhouse is the French Quarter's oldest and only microbrewery. Along with brewing their signature beers, they also host private and semi-private parties accommodating groups of 10 to full facility buyouts of 1000.
