Brewhouse Brew

Crescent City Brewhouse was founded by Brewmaster Wolfram Koehler, but while Wolf is away traveling, our head brewer Xavier Cordova keeps the beers a brewin'. We caught Xavier while he was cleaning the tanks to ask him a few questions.

Xavier Cordova comes to New Orleans by way of El Paso, Texas. He's been in the brewing industry for just over a decade! While he's not enjoying the brewing process of the Brewhouse IPA, his favorite beer to brew, he can be found away from the "office" enjoying Two Heads beer. Cordova's favorite menu item is the Louisiana staple, Shrimp and Grits.
