Brent, Bartender Extraordinaire

Brent Lasiege brings style to the bar in his signature kaggle cap. Laseige has been balancing the Brewhouse bar since 2004. From Upstate New York, Laseige now calls New Orleans home, and has for the last 20 years. His hobbies include drinking beer and hanging out with his cat, " Merlin the Wondercat." When asked about his favorite menu item, Laseige responded, "wings...or seafood cheesecake...or anything really." Belly up to the bar with Brent on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays!
