Our dishes are all made from scratch with a unique combination of traditional Louisiana ingredients. You’ll be tempted by crabmeat hushpuppies, fried alligator bites, chicken and andouille sausage gumbo, brewhouse ribs, shrimp and crawfish pasta, and crabmeat stuffed shrimp.
