New menu items

There will be two new items on our menu beginning tonight, Thursday, January 29. The appetizer has been named Evelyn's Boudin Balls. It is a blended combination of slow cooked pork, crawfish, rice and cajun seasonings rolled and deep fried; served with a red pepper coulis and B&B pickles. Our newest entree features Grillades and Cornbread Pudding. It is a tender veal cutlet braised in our black forest beer, with mushrooms and onions in a veal demi glace sauce. Served with fresh cornbread pudding and collard greens. Come on by and check them out!
