The Crescent City Brewhouse would like to welcome our new Executive Chef, Ricky Cheramie. Raised in Southeast Louisiana, Ricky comes with more than 20 years of experience from many notable New Orleans restaurants such as K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen, Commander’s Palace, Emeril’s Restaurant, as well as The Bombay Club Restaurant and Martini Bar.

Along with Chef Ricky, we would also like to welcome Sous Chef Barry Credeur. Barry is a classically trained French chef with 17 years of experience both locally and nationally. His background includes a culinary degree from Delgado Community College’s Culinary Arts program as well as a Sous Chef position at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in New Orleans.

Chef Jeffrey Rhodes, who has been employed with Crescent City Brewhouse since January of 2013, will head our Production Kitchen. Jeff is a graduate of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute and Business College. Jeff also comes with extensive culinary experience and is classically trained in French and Creole cuisine.

Together these three Cajun French Musketeers will be creating a new dynamic in Cajun Creole cooking. We are excited to be working with such talented chefs. Please join us in welcoming this exciting new team to the Crescent City Brewhouse family!
