Fresh Louisiana crab meat, green onions, jalapenos, garlic, mayonnaise, asiago cheese; Pan sautéed topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce served with fresh steamed asparagus

Savory cheesecake made with crawfish, shrimp and a blend of imported cheeses. Topped with fresh Louisiana crab meat and a roasted red pepper mayo, jumbo fried shrimp. Served with a Watercress salad with buttermilk ranch dressing and fresh fruit
