Coming soon! Look for our upcoming Oktoberfest menus to begin at the beginning of October. The menu will change weekly and will have menu items that will be paired with specific beers brewed in house at CCB. 

The first menu will start on Tuesday, October 1. Here it is:

3 Course Oktoberfest Menu beginning at 5pm Nightly


Beer battered fried pickles with horseradish cream sauce

Choice of Entrees

Schnitzel Holstein – Tender Veal breaded and pan sautéed; topped with a fried egg, carmelized onions, and capers served with hand cut fries and Watercress salad

Recommended beer: Oktoberfest

Boiled Bratwurst with braised Red Cabbage and roasted Potatoes

Recommended beer: Red Stallion

Pan seared Flounder with a warm German potato salad, Watercress salad and boiled egg

Recommended beer: Pilsner

Our special Oktoberfest brew is now online. It is a filtered, copper lager, lightly hopped, with a hint of smokiness.
