The Crescent City Brewhouse is a 17-barrel state-of-the-art brewery, which incorporates Old World values and modern technology. World-class beer is brewed in small quantities according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 from four natural ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast. No stabilizers or chemicals are used. All brewing is completed in-house.

Our Founder and German Brewmaster, Wolfram Koehler, is recognized among his peers for his craftsmanship ... and continues his family tradition of brewing the finest selection of world class beer. Our house selection of distinctive lagers has won numerous awards. World travelers will be pleased to discover that the German heritage known for fine beer making is continued here.

HOUSE BREWS:

PILSNER: A light, crisp and traditionally hoppy beer with a soft palate and flowery bouquet. Light, both in color and taste. "Classic" Old World beer that will be most familiar to the individual who prefers domestic beers.

RED STALLION: A malty, aromatic and hoppy mixture. Copper colored, this beer is medium bodied and full of flavor. Vienna Style.

BLACK FOREST: A full-bodied dark mahogany beer, with a rich malty texture. It is sparsely hopped, in the traditional Munich style.

WEISS BEER: Golden unfiltered "wheat" beer. Smooth quality with hints of banana and cloves with a spicy finish.
